EXHIBITOR INFORMATION

* INTERACTIVE LISTING NOW AVAILABLE -Exhibitors will be afforded the opportunity to have their web link on the Trend Appliances Home, Garden & Remodeling Show’s website for a mere $20 through September 2008. The internet link will be a link to your website from the listings provided on www.louisvillehomeshow.com. We will have an alphabetical listing as well as a listing by product/service offered. There will also be a name search developed on the site this year. The paid listing will include your phone number listing as well. The link will be up beginning two weeks after your contract is signed until September of 2008.

* KEEP IT PROFESSIONAL! Please remember – all tables must be professionally skirted, signs professionally made and absolutely no subletting or sharing of space.

* NO FOOD OR DRINK! No food or drink is to be distributed by exhibitors at the Kentucky Exposition Center.

* REVIEW, REVIEW and REVIEW AGAIN! Please review your booth regulations for set-up as stated on your agreement. 10’x 10’ booth spaces (including multiples) will be limited on move-in. Please make arrangements to pre-build portions of your display prior to move-in and assemble during your allotted time.

* AUTOMOBILES, BALLOONS, TENTS & SAND! Automobiles, balloons, tents, sand are prohibited. If any of these items are to be used in an exhibit the exhibitor must contact Show Management for specific rules governing said items. Written permission is required.

* LOAD IN and LOAD OUT! Move-in and Move-out is to be through the dock areas and overhead doors. DO NOT USE the front lobby doors. Show Management has the right to assess a $500 fine for each infraction.

March 7-9, 2008
Friday, March 7 ------- 10 a.m. to 10 p.m.

Saturday, March 8 --- 10 a.m. to 10 p.m.
Sunday, March 9 ------ 10 a.m. to 5 p.m.

BOOTH PRICING
10 x 10 Booths:
In-Line: $765
All other space is sold out at this time.

* HBAL member discount is ONE-TIME $150 per company.

Your booth space includes:
• Draped 8-foot curtains (10’ x 10’ booth only).
• Free listing in the 2008 Greater Louisville Home Design magazine.
(contract and deposit must be submitted prior to Dec. 31, 2007)
• Exhibitor passes. (minimum 5 per booth/per day)
• Booth discount to HBAL Members. ($150.00)
• 24-hour security. (see contract)
• Additional curtains, other than above listed items, will be charged to exhibitors. (see contract)

Important Dates
• Now – Return contracts with 50% of booth price to reserve space.
• December 31, 2007 – Contracts and deposits due prior tothis date for a listing in the Greater Louisville Home Design& Living magazine.
• Any contracts received after January 1, 2008 require payment in full.
• January 27, 2008 – Balance of booth price is due.

Terms
• A deposit of 50% of booth price must be submitted with acompleted contract in order to hold space.
• Deposits are non-refundable.
• After January 1, 2008 full payment is required. Contracts and deposits in prior to December 31st will receive a free listing in the Greater Louisville Home Design & Living magazine.
• All outstanding balances are due no later than January 27, 2008
• Make checks payable to the Home Builders Association of Louisville, and send to 1000 North Hurstbourne Parkway,Louisville, KY 40223. • Cancellations made after January 1, 2008 will be required to make full booth payment.

Move In/Move Out

Move-In
Monday, March 3– Thursday, March 6.
Each booth will have specific times assigned for move-in. You are not allowed to move in prior to assigned time unless you have prior written approval from Show Management. Any 10’ x 10’ space (single or multiple) will not be allowed to begin set-up prior to Wednesday morning.

Move-Out
Sunday, March 9 and Monday, March 10.
All booths must be removed by 5 p.m. Monday, March 10.

Designated move-in & move-out times will be assigned to exhibitors by Show Management. Move-in and Move-out is permitted only through the dock areas and overhead doors. Exhibitors will not be allowed to use the front lobby area for move-in or move-out. A fine of $500 will be assessed for each infraction. Limited vehicles will be permitted inside Exposition Wing during designated move-in and move-out times only. Any 10’ x 10’ space (single or multiple) will not be allowed to begin set-up prior to Wednesday morning.
