SHOW DATES & HOURS
Friday, March 11 - 10 a.m. to 9 p.m.
Saturday, March 12 - 10 a.m. to 9 p.m.
Sunday, March 7 - 13 a.m. to 5 p.m.

 

Booth Pricing TBA

Your booth space includes:

• Draped 8-foot curtains (10’ x 10’ booth only).
• Free listing in the Official Show Program Guide magazine. (contract and deposit must be submitted prior to January 16,2010)
• Exhibitor passes. (minimum 5 per booth/per day)
• Booth discount to HBAL Members. ($150.00)
• 24-hour security. (see contract)
• Additional curtains, other than above listed items, will be charged to exhibitors. (see contract)

EXHIBITOR INFORMATION

WEB SITE LISTINGS!
Exhibitors have the ability to have their web site linked with the online listing(s) as seen on the web pages for www.louisvillehomeshow.com The cost for the link is $25 and this is valid through September 1, 2011.  Exhibitors wanting to be included in the listing service can sign-up when applying for booth space or contact Gail Schell or Jessica Embry as 502-429-6000 (or e-mail gail@hbal.com or jessica@hbal.com ).


Also, through the new website exhibitors have the ability to update their own information and can buy additional services on the web page – such  as a company description or placement of your logo online.  You need to call the HBAL Office at 502-429-6000 for more information on this feature – or e-mail gail@hbal.co m  or jessica@hbal.com.

KEEP IT PROFESSIONAL!

Please remember – all tables must be professionally skirted, signs professionally made and absolutely no subletting or sharing of space is permitted .

NO FOOD OR DRINK!
No food or drink is to be distributed by exhibitors at the Kentucky Exposition Center.

REVIEW, REVIEW and REVIEW AGAIN!
Please review your booth regulations for set-up as stated on your agreement. 10’x 10’ booth spaces (including multiples) will be limited on move-in. Please make arrangements to pre-build portions of your display prior to move-in and assemble during your allotted time.


AUTOMOBILES, BALLOONS, TENTS & SAND!
Automobiles, balloons, tents, sand are prohibited. If any of these items are to be used in an exhibit the exhibitor must contact Show Management for specific rules governing said items. Written permission is required.


LOAD IN and LOAD OUT!
Move-in and Move-out is to be through the dock areas and overhead doors. DO NOT USE the front lobby doors. Show Management has the right to assess a $500 fine for each infraction.
 
IMPORTANT DATES
Now
• Full Payment of booth due now.
• December 31, 2010 – Contracts and deposits due prior to this date for a listing in the Official Show Program Guide magazine.
• Any contracts received after January 15, 2011 require payment in full.
• January 15, 2010 – Balance of booth price is due.


Terms

• At this date 100% booth price must be submitted with a completed contract in order to hold space.
• Deposits are non-refundable.
• After January 15, 2011 full payment is required. Contracts and deposits in prior to December 31st will receive a free listing in the Official Show Program Guide magazine.
• All outstanding balances are due no later than January 15, 2011
• Make checks payable to the Home Builders Association of Louisville, and send to 1000 North Hurstbourne Parkway,Louisville, KY 40223.
• Cancellations made after January 15, 2011 will be required to make full booth payment.

Move In/Move Out

Move-In
Monday, March 7– Thursday, March 10.
Each booth will have specific times assigned for move-in. You are not allowed to move in prior to assigned time unless you have prior written approval from Show Management. Any 10’ x 10’ space (single or multiple) will not be allowed to begin set-up prior to Wednesday morning.


Move-Out
Sunday, March 13 and Monday, March 14.
All booths must be removed by 5 p.m. Monday, March 14.


Any single 10 x 10 booth spaces will be asked to begin move-in after 11 a.m. on Wednesday, March 9th.


Move-out for single 10 x 10 spaces will be SUNDAY, MARCH 13th by 10 p.m.
Please note that this is new this year but due to the size of the Show and our need to get larger displays moved out in a timely manner all 10 x 10 single booth spaces are required to move-out prior to 10 p.m. on the night that we close.


Designated move-in & move-out times will be assigned to exhibitors by Show Management. Move-in and Move-out is permitted only through the dock areas and overhead doors. Exhibitors will not be allowed to use the front lobby area for move-in or move-out. A fine of $500 will be assessed for each infraction.
